What are your shipping options and how long will it take?
There are two shipping options available to choose.
1, United States: Free Shipping , takes about 14-28 days. Other countries: $4.95 flat rate, 14-28 business days
2, United States: FedEx – $20, takes about 4-8 days
You must understand that the personalized jersey takes 1-3 business days to ship and is not returnable. Using faster shipping(FedEx or DHL) will not increase time it leaves the warehouse.
Please note that Free Shipping takes around 14 days from dispatch date. On rare occasions delivery can take up to 28 days. If you have not received your order within 28 days please contact us.
Can a “C” with 4 stars for (Captain) be placed on the front left upper corner?
We can embroider “C” with 4 stars on the front left upper corner, please contact us personally,then we can show you our design picture.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit card payments and PayPal.
Can I get a custom jersey without name?
Yes. If you don’t want name on the jersey,when you type customized information,please leave name form blank.
Can I return customized jersey or cancel the order?
Customized jerseys are final sale and cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded after order has been placed.
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
Once your order is shipped, it will be marked as complete in our database and you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Is it possible to get a logo on it instead of a team name?
We can embroider your logo on jersey,please contact us personally to get the details.
Do I need to wear a shirt under? Or the solid material unlike a net mesh?
We suggest you wear a shirt under, the numbers and letters are embroidered on the jersey,it maybe Rub the skin when you play game,if you don’t mind that,you can only wear the jersey. The front and back of jersey is made by breathability polyester, the two side panels are made by net mesh polyester

Will my custom item look exactly like the product mock-up??
The mock-up allows you to see a preview of your custom apparel as you customize it. Please note that this preview is not an exact representation and is meant only to give you a general idea of the result.
We have standard locations for decoration (e.g., left/right chest areas, back, under the back collar) that may vary slightly from what you see in your product preview.
Our production team will always work to make sure your design looks its best on the custom apparel products you order. Slight deviations between the preview we sent to you and your final product should not be considered errors.
